2. Warranty Validity Conditions

The motor warranty is valid only when the replacement part is:

- installed on the treadmill model for which it was expressly provided;
- used in compliance with the technical characteristics and specifications provided by the manufacturer;
- installed correctly and without unapproved modifications or adaptations.

Mounting the motor on a treadmill different from the one for which the replacement part was supplied may result in electrical, electronic, and mechanical conditions different from those originally intended.

3. Installation on Third-Party Treadmills or Different Models

The warranty does not cover failures or damages resulting from the installation or use of the motor on treadmill models different from the one for which the motor was supplied, nor any damages resulting from adaptations, modifications to connections, wiring, controllers, or incompatible electronic systems.

In particular, damages attributable to the following are not covered:

- use on a treadmill of a different brand or model;
- incompatible voltage, current, or control system;
- control units/controllers not intended for that specific motor;
- modifications to wiring, connectors, or power supply systems;
- mechanical modifications necessary to adapt the motor;
- incorrect installation or connection;
- overload, overheating, or improper use;
- use of the motor outside of the specified technical specifications.

4. Acceptance of Conditions

By purchasing the replacement motor, the customer declares to have read these conditions and to be aware that:

- the motor is supplied specifically for the treadmill model indicated at the time of purchase;

- as an assembled product obtained upon customer request, according to the regulations for customized products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised;

- the warranty does not cover failures or damages resulting from the use of the motor on treadmills other than the one for which the replacement part was supplied.

- it is not possible to return the motor after it has been installed and tested on your treadmill, as a damaged or short-circuited control unit could damage it on first use

In any case, the mandatory rights recognized to the consumer by current legislation on the legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.
