S300 Belt squat

The Belt Squat is an innovative machine that allows the user to perform the squat movement with an overload without putting stress on the back. The machine uses a lifting belt secured at the waist and connected to a lifting platform, which can be loaded with plates, thus shifting the load exclusively to the legs.

The wide platform always allows for the correct set-up, an operation made easier by the 4 belt attachment positions and the pair of height-adjustable handles. The latter can be used both as a safety grip in case the set or repetition cannot be completed, and as support throughout the set, allowing the user to keep their back straighter and thus maximizing tension on the quadriceps. The loading frame includes a platform for the spotter who can be accommodated inside the machine and also help if there is an urgent need to block the movement: the blocking levers can in fact be easily operated by both the user and the spotter.
