The 201 cm Diamond women's Olympic barbell is perfect for functional circuits and CrossFit® and highly recommended for female athletes who train in the gym with benches or racks, but it is not suitable for Olympic weightlifting and Powerlifting.

The women's version of the Olympic barbell is an excellent tool for female athletes who train in static lifts such as squats and deadlifts and for dropping exercises.

The Diamond women's Olympic barbell features a bronzed shaft finish and consists of chrome-plated sleeves with non-slip knurling, 4 bushings, 4 roller bearings, and a knurled grip with a diameter of 25 mm, which allows the athlete to have a high grip without over-stressing the hands, maintaining maximum control during the exercise.

The women's Olympic barbell can support a maximum load of 250 kg. The weight of the unloaded barbell is 15 kg.
