The Iso-Lateral Chest Press was designed based on human movement. The ability to load the arms independently allows for divergent and independent movements for optimal biomechanics. Iso-lateral movements allow the user to train both limbs together, independently, or alternately. The comfortable and ergonomic seat is adjustable to different heights to suit all users. The starting weight of a single lever arm is only 3.2 kg, making the machine accessible to all users, including patients undergoing physical rehabilitation.
