Il rovere grigio è la nuova veste di G-500, nei suoi vent’anni di vita il calciobalilla più venduto della linea casa Garlando. Nato negli anni Novanta con un rivestimento in faggio, questo modello ha goduto di un successo immediato, culminato nel 1999 con il  premio assegnatogli  dalla rivista britannica Stuff Magazine, che lo ha eletto miglior calciobalilla nella sua categoria.

G-500 è anche il preferito in assoluto dai grandi marchi della pubblicità per le loro campagne. Un elenco lunghissimo di nomi prestigiosi che hanno rivestito questo modello con i loro colori e loghi.
