The Hack Squat is an exercise machine used for lower body strength training, designed to replicate a natural squatting movement. Thanks to its curved range of motion, the Hack Squat reduces axial load and consequently stress on the knees and back.
The unique design of this equipment features a safety lever that, unlike other models on the market, can be activated by foot.
The wide footplate ensures an ideal pushing surface and the ability to target all muscle groups in the lower body simply by changing foot position.
