How can I place an order?

How does the warranty work?

All products are covered by a minimum 2-year legal warranty with in-home assistance. Some mid/high-range products have additional years of warranty on more delicate components (e.g., motor).

Can I return the product?

Yes, you can return products within 14 days from the date the product was delivered to you by the courier. For more information, please visit our returns/refunds page.

How fast is shipping?

We usually hand over packages to the courier on the working day following the order. Once the courier has collected the package, it will be delivered within 24/48 hours, depending on the province of destination.
