The 45° leg press allows for comprehensive strength training that engages almost all leg muscles: quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes. Hip muscles and the core, which supports pelvic stabilization during the movement, are also activated.

This model features a moving footplate that increases the exercise ROM  and reduces stress on the joints.
