Technical characteristics

The new JK 514 is a mid-range magnetic spin bike in the home fitness world with fixed-gear transmission and a silent belt, equipped with an inertial system with an 18 kg flywheel mass (balanced flywheel) and a 16.5 cm crank, which generate smooth pedalling at all resistance levels. The effort is adjusted by means of a control with a manual selector with "millimetric" resistance, which also acts as an emergency brake in the event of sudden stops in pedalling by the user. For greater comfort, the JK 514 indoor bike has saddle height adjustment in 8 positions (leg measurement from 73.5 cm to 89 cm) and 6 cm depth, the handlebars adjust in height in 8 positions; these adjustments serve to find the correct riding posture for each user. The racing design saddle, anatomical and with a central hole, helps and improves the riding sensation for all users, guaranteeing comfortable and long rides without discomfort. The non-slip iron racing pedal with toe strap helps to maintain the correct shoe position in all phases of pedalling, even the most intense.

Workout monitoring

The cycle computer with multi-information LCD display also features a mobile phone/tablet holder and allows real-time monitoring of all workout parameters, such as: time, distance, speed, RPM, calories, and heart rate. The JK 514 gym bike is equipped with a sensor in the console to detect the user's heart rate via the heart rate monitor strap during more intense cardio workout sessions; the heart rate monitor strap is an optional extra to be purchased separately.
