This machine allows to simulate the rowing exercise which is made more modular thanks to the multiple grips. Compatible with 50 mm hole discs. After loading the desired weight, athletes can determine the correct foot placement on the footplates and choose between the wide or narrow set of easy-grip knurled handles.

The entire T-Bar machine has a footprint of only 195 x 77 x 43 cm (L x W x H). The exercise performed with the T-Bar targets all the major back muscle groups, also involving shoulders and biceps.
