The Iso-Lateral Lat Pulldown was designed based on human movement. The ability to load the arms independently allows for divergent and independent movements for optimal biomechanics. Iso-lateral movements allow the user to train both limbs together, independently, or alternately. The counterbalanced system allows for very light starting weights, perfect for rehabilitation, the elderly, and beginners. Both the seat and the knee pad can be adjusted to accommodate all users. The starting weight of a single lever arm is only 0.5 kg, making the machine accessible to all users, including patients undergoing physical therapy rehabilitation.
