The 45° Leg Press allows for comprehensive strength training that engages all leg muscles: quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes.
The hip muscles and core are also activated, supporting pelvic stabilization during the movement. The large knurled aluminum footplate provides an ideal pushing surface, allowing you to target all lower body muscle groups simply by changing foot position. The end stop, adjustable to different positions, ensures the safety of all users. The starting weight, with the machine completely unloaded, is 35 kg.
