The rack allows you to conveniently store up to 3 pairs of dumbbells on the elevated shelf. You can store plates of all sizes (from 1 kg to 20 kg) as the plate holders are spaced correctly to accommodate plates of all diameters.

On the back, it is possible to store 2 barbells in the dedicated hooks
