Classic Wood Reformer

Reformer; meaning the apparatus that, through the discipline of Pilates, allows one to "reform" their body. The MOOMA Reformer bed simultaneously stimulates joint mobility, muscle tone, and flexibility, while improving posture.

Solid oak wood frame, tilting platform covered in faux leather and equipped with selectable springs with different resistance levels, multi-position foot bar, anatomical shoulder rests, adjustable traction straps complete with non-slip handles, rear wheels to facilitate movement around the room.

Improve coordination, overall balance and strength, correct muscular imbalances and stabilize posture. Thanks to the low-impact workouts that can be performed with the Reformer, the load on joints and connective tissues is reduced. The muscles that support the joints can be safely strengthened, without stress or trauma.
