The Iso-Lateral Rowing Machine was designed based on human movement. The ability to load the arms independently allows for divergent and independent movements for optimal biomechanics. Iso-lateral movements allow the user to train both limbs together, independently, or alternately. The machine features a compact and high-performance design. It has multiple grips for a wider variety of exercises and angles. The comfortable and ergonomic seat is adjustable to different heights to adapt to all users. The starting weight of a single lever arm is only 4.5 kg, making the machine accessible to all users, including patients undergoing physical rehabilitation.
