The Pendulum Squat DIAMOND is a machine designed to develop thigh muscles, with a particular focus on the quadriceps and glutes. It features a counterweight that helps the user perform squats with an arc-like motion (like a pendulum).

The machine performs a movement that is a hybrid between a squat and an incline leg press. This movement, aided by a perfectly ergonomic backrest, protects the user's back by minimizing stress on it. It includes a large, non-slip footplate for maximum safety. The counterweight can be manually loaded.
