The Vertical Leg Press is the ideal machine for lower body training, engaging the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. It is a super smooth machine thanks to its cylindrical bearing glide and is easy to load.

Compared to the more common 45° Leg Press, the Vertical allows you to train the lower muscles with the same intensity using lower weights, reducing joint wear. Furthermore, this machine is safer for the back, where the lower part is in a more relaxed position and experiences minimal stress during the exercise.
