The Scott Bench Diamond is a bench with an exclusive design and robustness, used to train arm muscles with a barbell or dumbbells.
The peculiarity of this particular version of the Scott Bench is the fact that it does not have an integrated seat, which leads the user to perform the exercise by positioning themselves on one of the 2 sides with different cushion inclinations, from a standing position.
This situation leads to an even more accentuated focus on isolating the arm muscles in addition to the stabilizing muscles.
The barbell supports have a urethane coating that contains noise and preserves the barbell from wear and tear.
