S300 V-Squat

The V-squat, or more commonly called Hack Squat, is an exercise machine used for lower body strength training.
It is designed to replicate a natural squatting movement. Thanks to the curved range of motion, this machine reduces stress on the knee and back. Excellent product for back squat preparatory training.

The large footplate, 77x56 cm, ensures an ideal pushing surface and the possibility of targeting all muscle groups in the lower body simply by changing foot position. The starting weight, with the machine completely unloaded, is 24 kg.
